Welcome to KoKonna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our digital art frames, and the use of our App and AI platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hardware Ownership
When you purchase a KoKonna frame, you acquire full ownership of the physical device. You may use, or resell the hardware as you see fit.
Content & Intellectual Property
Pre-loaded Artworks
Your frame may include pre-loaded artworks from our collection. These artworks are provided for personal, non-commercial display on your KoKonna frame. You may share photos of your frame displaying these artworks on social media and print them for personal use.
Commercial use of pre-loaded artworks (such as reproduction for sale or use in commercial establishments) is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the rights holder.
Your AI-Generated Content
Any artwork you create using our AI tools belongs entirely to you. You retain full rights to use, modify, distribute, or commercialize your AI-generated content as you wish.
However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights. KoKonna acts as a platform providing access to AI services and is not responsible for the content generated or how you choose to use it.
Your Uploaded Content
Photos and images you upload to your frame remain your property. KoKonna does not claim any rights to your personal content and will not use your uploaded images to train AI models or for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Website & Software
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the KoKonna App software, is the intellectual property of KoKonna and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
AI Features & Credits
Access to AI generation features requires Credits, which can be purchased through the KoKonna App or our online shop.
- Credits have no expiration date and remain valid as long as your account is active.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users.
KoKonna utilizes third-party AI services to power our creative features. While we strive to maintain reliable access, we may update or change AI providers to improve service quality.
Orders & Transactions
Contract Formation
A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability or errors in pricing.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in your local currency (SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR) and include VAT. While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Payment Methods
We accept Klarna, Swish, and major Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are securely processed through industry-standard encryption and payment gateways.
App Connection & User Conduct
To access the KoKonna collection and AI features, connect your frame to the KoKonna App. The App is available for iOS and Android devices.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
Content Standards
When using our AI tools or uploading content, you must ensure that such content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights. Prohibited content includes material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination.
Parental Guidance
KoKonna frames are designed for users of all ages, including children. For minors, we recommend parental supervision when accessing online features. Parents or guardians should comply with local data protection regulations regarding children's use of connected devices.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.
Software & Service Updates
KoKonna may update the App, firmware, and AI features from time to time to improve functionality, add new features, or enhance security. Updates are applied automatically and do not require prior notice.
We may also update or replace AI service providers to deliver better performance and quality. Such changes are part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience.
Service Availability
Your KoKonna frame will continue to function as a digital display for locally stored images even without an internet connection. Cloud-based features such as AI generation and content syncing require an active connection.
While we strive to maintain continuous service, KoKonna is not responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that KoKonna services are permanently discontinued, your frame will retain its offline functionality. Any unused Credits at the time of service closure may be subject to refund at our discretion, and customers may contact us to discuss resolution options.
Limitation of Liability
KoKonna provides products and services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, KoKonna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if KoKonna has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of KoKonna shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor disputes and strikes
- Pandemics and public health emergencies
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Supply chain disruptions or third-party service failures
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of KoKonna are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal proceedings or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
